Shingobee Selected to Develop City of Carver Property

The Minnesota Shopping Center Association elected its new 2017 officers at their year-end retail real estate awards event on December 6, 2016. Shingobee VP of Real Estate Development, Jon Fahning, was installed as MSCA’s second vice president for 2017.

Construction begins for two Prestige Preschools

Shingobee has started construction of two new facilities for Prestige Preschool Academy, one in Maple Grove, and one in Minnetonka, MN. Update: Another Prestige Preschool location has been approved, in Eagan, MN. It was recently featured as a “Hot Property” in the StarTribune. Construction is planned to start in October.

Thrifty White in Annandale under way

Construction of the latest new store for Thrifty White Pharmacy has begun in Annandale, MN. The local newspaper, Annandale Advocate, covered the City approval process, which involved a comp plan amendment, rezoning, and site plan approval, and the start of construction.
