Ecumen Transitional Care Unit and Wellness Center Expansion and Remodel Complete

Construction was recently completed on the addition of a new Short-Stay Rehabilitation and Wellness Center at Ecumen Detroit Lakes. The project is a key component of what is envisioned as an innovative “one-stop aging services hub” that integrates technology, socialization, fitness, nutrition and health care to help keep seniors in rural Becker County healthier.

International School Celebrates Grand Opening of Residence Hall

The International School of Minnesota held a festive Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, August 14, for its new Residence Hall, constructed by Shingobee Builders. School officials and international trade officials spoke to the importance of the new facility to the school’s ability to attract international students.

Shingobee Builders and MNOSHA Compliance Sign Partnership Agreement

Shingobee Builders, Inc. and Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MNOSHA) signed a Cooperative Compliance Partnership agreement on August 14, 2013. Officials from Minnesota’s Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), MNOSHA Compliance, Associated Builders and Contractors Minnesota chapter (MN ABC), and Shingobee Builders, gathered at Shingobee’s Loretto office to mark the initiation.

Grand Opening Held for Spirit Lake Nation Elderly Center

A ribbon cutting and dedication was held Friday, March 16, for the new Norma Lambert Rainbow elderly housing complex in Fort Totten, North Dakota. Shingobee completed construction of the facility earlier this year for the Spirit Lake Nation.

Construction begins on new Auburn Homes facility in Waconia MN

Auburn Homes & Services held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, November 11, for Auburn Meadows Assisted Living, a new facility to be constructed by Shingobee in Waconia, MN. The 62-unit, three-story building will offer assisted living and enhanced assisted living as well as apartments for memory care residents.
