Retail construction is one of Shingobee’s specialties, and 2015-16 has been no exception, with several projects recently completed or under construction. Below are a few highlights. Keep an eye on this page for more projects to come in the spring of 2016.

ALDI Stores

ALDI has been moving into the Minnesota market in a big way, and Shingobee has worked with them on a couple of their locations.

Construction of a store in Baxter, MN, was completed at the end of November, and their grand opening was held in early December.

Construction is under way on a new ALDI’s store in Fergus Falls, MN.

Monticello Retail

A multi-tenant retail building was completed in early December to house a Mattress Firm and AT&T stores in Monticello, MN. This is the fourth retail project that Shingobee has constructed for owner WIN Development.

Circle-K

Construction of a Circle-K Convenience Store was completed in early December, in Minnetonka, MN.

Holiday Stationstore

We completed the Grand Forks, ND Holiday Stationstore in October 2015. It is the most recent of dozens of convenience stores that Shingobee has built for Holiday during a 20-year relationship with this client.
