Shingobee has been awarded construction of an 8,488 square foot multi-tenant retail building to be constructed in Blaine, MN.

Work will begin approximately April 1 with abatement and demolition of existing buildings on the site, including a former gas station. Soils remediation will be required; 5,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil will be removed and replaced. The building shell and sitework, including two rain gardens and a new entrance from 109th Avenue, are scheduled to be complete by August 8.

This is Shingobee’s third project for Win Development of Belleair Beach, Florida. Other projects for Win were multi-tenant retail buildings in St. Cloud, MN, and Sioux Falls, SD.
