Shingobee is nearing completion of a major remodel of 186,000 square feet of interior office space located in four buildings of the Corporate Campus for Kroll Ontrack, an Eden Prairie based ediscovery and data recovery company. The project included remodeling select areas and refreshing finishes, as well as constructing a connection link between two of the buildings. (Pictured above – The Zone Cafe)

The project required an extensive schedule with very fast timelines for each of the four buildings. To complete the project on time, construction trades were scheduled one behind the other, like a series of dominoes, to keep the project progressing. The remodel will be complete by the end of March; construction of the connection link will continue into May.

The project required critical paths and long lead time items to be identified up front and, because each building was to be completed in approximately four weeks, construction crews were scheduled two weeks in advance to maintain the schedule. Extensive furniture moving, audio visual needs, and unique millwork packages made for a very colorful and vibrant space meant to inspire the brightest minds.
