Shingobee Builders has been awarded construction of the campus remodel project for Kroll Ontrack, an Eden Prairie based ediscovery and data recovery company.

The project is a 186,000 square foot interior office remodel in four of the Kroll Ontrack campus buildings, designed by Perkins and Will Architects (Minneapolis, MN), and coordinated by Jones Lang LaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). Plans include a custom café and dining area, unique millwork exclusive to Kroll Ontrack, lighting upgrades, refreshing the interior finishes of the four buildings, and constructing a building connection link between two of the existing buildings.

The purpose of the remodel is to improve the office environment for collaboration while increasing efficiencies. Further, Kroll Ontrack is committed to ensuring their environment is reflective of their creative, energetic, and optimistic culture.
