Shingobee provided design and construction of this unique 5,000 square foot pizza restaurant/bar in Maple Grove, MN.

The new restaurant concept includes both dine-in and delivery pizza and a wide variety of foods. The concept was planned for the franchise market, with a full custom bar and restaurant, and their signature pizza.

Shingobee worked with the owners to provide complete design-build services, with the goal to begin a franchise concept. The tenant improvement included custom millwork, ceiling clouds, polished concrete floors, and a full sports bar with TV’s for the customers in the restaurant.
