Shingobee constructed this senior housing complex for Ecumen in St. Peter, Minnesota. Ecumen Prairie Hill consists of 43 one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments, as well as twenty additional studio and one-bedroom residences for seniors requiring 24-hour memory care services. There are also a variety of common spaces, dining options, personal services and personalized care options, all designed to promote community and keep pace with the changing needs of residents. Site development included a memory care garden, walking paths, and garages. The building was turned over to the owner for FF&E ahead of schedule, and the owner was able to recognize savings due to the open book process.
