New branch facility, 5,000 square foot building with four-lane drive-up canopy. LEED certified, Gold level, for energy efficiency, day-lighting, water and material use, and a variety of sustainable strategies.

Prior Lake, Minnesota
72,000 square feet ice arena addition with numerous energy efficient features; a green roof, skylights, solar panels, heat recovery system, sustainable landscaping, and recycled/energy-efficient building materials.

16,320 square foot maintenance facility with large truck bay, material and equipment storage, welding shop, and office/conference space. The project achieved LEED Certification. Shingobee provided build-to-suit services for this facility.

New 100,670 square foot facility for City of Dickinson Public Works department.

290,000 square foot gaming, entertainment, and dining complex. LEED energy-efficiency standards were applied in the design. Joint Venture with Clark Construction.

Two-story, 32,000 square foot office building. Minnesota Sustainable Guidelines were applied to the design and construction, including significant use of recycled building materials and energy-efficient building controls.

Howard Lake, Minnesota
Two-story, 17,700 square foot bank with attached 3,000 square foot medical clinic. Heating and cooling for the facility are provided by an underground geo-thermal system.

Interior buildout and a receiving area addition for 8,000 square foot natural foods market in an existing new building. The design incorporated a number of energy efficient features, and the project is registered for LEED certification.
